CraftSmiley Roon try changing region and make sure your pc is not doing a lot of tasks at the same time. Try even restarting pc after you closed various games and tabs. Fixes it for me
Mr-Floaty I don't know how it is happening with you. I have been playing this game since a long time and never felt the bad optimization and to be truthful I don't think that the game is bad... it is better than its counterparts.
